3. Do you transport vehicles to and from the United States?

Yes. Cross-border transportation is one of our specialties. We handle customs paperwork, brokerage coordination, and vehicle import/export documentation to ensure a smooth process.

4. What types of vehicles and services do you offer?

We specialize in exotic, luxury, collector, and high-value vehicles. In addition, we provide custom logistics for film and production work, specialty equipment transport, and vehicle support services for movies and events.

5. Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Absolutely. Every vehicle is covered by our $1,000,000 cargo insurance policy for full peace of mind.

6. Do you offer enclosed or open transport?

Blackshark exclusively provides enclosed transport to protect your vehicle from weather, road debris, and exposure. We also offer flat deck services for vehicles and equipment that are too large to fit inside an enclosed trailer.

7. How long does shipping take?

Most Western Canada routes take 1–5 days, while cross-border shipments typically take 5–10 business days, depending on documentation and timing.

8. What information do you need to provide a quote?

Pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details (year, make, model), preferred timeline; for cross-border moves, basic import/export details.

9. How do I request a quote?

Online: Fill out the Request Form — your details go to Blackshark Dispatch, and our team follows up within 1–3 days.
Email or Call: You can also email or text us directly for a fast response.
All quotes are detailed, all-inclusive, and transparent — no hidden fees.

10. What’s included in your quote?

Transport costs, fuel surcharges, insurance, border fees (if applicable), and paperwork support. Taxes/brokerage (if any) are outlined clearly.

11. What are the requirements for my vehicle to be transported?

Vehicle must roll, steer, and brake; tires must hold air; no fuel or fluid leaks. Tell us in advance about any issues.

12. How do cross-border shipments work?

We handle customs coordination, export filings, import paperwork, and transport scheduling to ensure safe, legal crossing.

13. Can I ship a vehicle I just bought from a U.S. dealership to Canada?

Yes. We frequently assist with new/used U.S. dealership purchases, including proper import paperwork, duties, and door-to-door delivery.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

E-transfer, wire, and credit card (credit cards include a 4% processing fee). Payment due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.

15. How far in advance should I book transport?

Ideally 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for cross-border routes.

16. Can I track my vehicle during transport?

Yes. We provide regular status updates. The driver will contact you to arrange pickup/delivery details and confirm timing.

Delays (weather, customs, mechanical) are rare. We communicate proactively and keep you updated.

21. Are there vehicles you don’t transport?

We don’t transport non-rolling/inoperable vehicles or those with leaks/safety hazards. Tell us about modifications in advance.
